Yoga 1-2-1 Sessions
I offer one-to-one yoga sessions for people who are interested in trying yoga but would prefer to learn the basics before stepping into a class, or would like to benefit from a more focused tuition to deepen your yoga practice or even use yoga to aid recovery of a certain injury.
One-to-one yoga classes can be tailored to suit the individual’s needs.
